Location: Hybrid in Columbus OH preferred (Remote to EST Candidates with Occasional Travel)
Rate: $65-75/hr. on W2

Workday HCM AnalystClient is looking for a Workday HCM Analyst to join their team. The Workday HCM Analyst needs to be a subject matter expert in Core HR/Payroll and Recruiting. Qualified candidates will perform complex consulting, gather client requirements, and perform workflow analysis, as well as complex problem resolution for Workday HCMS. Working with our team of consulting professionals to assist our client's in implementing Workday HCMS.
Roles and Responsibilities·Analyze user requirements
·Create functional specifications
·Deepen functional understanding of customer's business process
- Implement Workday HCMS business processes
- Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of Workday HCMS configuration
·Develop and modify configurations that meets design requirements
·Create and maintain all necessary documentation and training materials for implementation
·Respond to client requests and inquiries, as appropriate
·Determine test approach for testing stages
·Develop test plan and test scripts for all testing stages
·Execute and Verify testing
·Resolve testing issues and correct defects
·Document any testing issues and resolutions
·Adhere to methodology and process standards
·Ensure systems meet functional and technical standards
·Identify improvements for processes, standards, deliverables, etc.
·Escalate issues to Team Lead when required
·Provide status updates as warranted, once per week minimum
·Contribute to the development of training materials for new processes developed by the team

Qualifications
·4+ year(s) implementation experience as a subject matter expert with Workday HCM HR/Payroll and Recruiting products
·5+ year(s) experience as a Senior Business Analyst
·Experience supporting business applications, documenting business processes, and designing application solutions.
·Demonstrated deep experience with software application lifecycle methods, processes and tools
·Proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
·Excellent oral and written communication skills
·Travel required
