Job Title: Recruitment Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Duration: 3+ Months

Responsibilities: Professionals

At least 5 years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
2-3 years of InfoSec recruitment/sourcing experience is a MUST
Proven track record of sourcing, engaging and recruiting top talent
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with demonstrated ability to positively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders, and understand the needs of all
Internal / corporate recruitment experience is a plus
The InfoSec Recruiter (project-based assignment via Kelly Services) provides full cycle recruiting support for Information Security roles @ USC.
Serves as a talent acquisition consultant to varied hiring managers.
Tracks, maintains and reports on recruiting metrics.
Frequently and proactively communicates progress on the recruiting lifecycle to recruiting leaders and hiring managers.
Demonstrates empathy with candidates and promotes the university brand to recruit top talent.
Has utilized Workday Recruiting ats
Remote assignment. Must be available to work 8:30a-5p pacific time (incl. available to attend virtual meetings during this time). Limit search to prospects in Pacific time zone (but possibly +1 hour time zone difference may be ok, but pacific time zone highly preferred)
