3-month+ remote contract role.

Project Details:
- Finish and polish existing Power BI dashboards/reports for HR/People data
- Reimplement the reporting solution in Tableau (company standard)
- Work with Product Engineering's Tableau team to create data pipelines (likely AWS/Databricks backend)
- Build visualizations that support executive decision-making (org depth, span of control, workforce planning)
- Create interactive "what-if" scenarios with sliders for leadership to model organizational changes
Must Haves:
- Tableau expertise (primary long-term tool)
- Power BI experience (for short-term cleanup work)
- Experience with people/HR data sets (headcount, org structure, workforce analytics)
- Business acumen — ability to think about insights, not just build charts
- Strong compliance awareness (handling sensitive employee data)
- Ability to work within US time zones (EST-PST)
Nice to Haves:
- Understanding of data pipelines and working with backend systems (AWS, Databricks, SQL)
- Experience working with Product/Engineering teams (vs. traditional IT)
- Familiarity with HRIS data sources (Workday, ADP)
- Experience building executive-level dashboards with scenario modeling capabilities
