Workday HRIS Compensation and Advance Compensation SKUs.
What You'll Do:- Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday Compensation and Advance Compensation SKU's (Additional knowledge in Core HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Talent Management and others as applicable a plus) for a global user base.
- Ensure that configurations meet both global and local business requirements, taking into account statutory, regulatory, and cultural differences in each geography.
- Helps maintain and optimize Workday business processes, security roles, and workflows, as pertains to Compensation and Advance Compensation SKU's as part of the global team to support HR operations worldwide. Maintain proper documentation for all configurations, changes, and system customizations.
- Provides input on the implementation of Workday delivered and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide relevant workforce insights for the Compensation and Advanced Compensation workstream.
- Overall, serves as a partner with global HR, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and prioritize enhancements as required.
What We're Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ Years Workday Configuration experience in Compensation and Advance Compensation.
- Has worked with national or global deployments of Workday software.
