Responsibilities
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is looking for a Compensation Analyst for a long-term contract. Duties include:
- Compensation Analyst will conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and internal pay analysis; Prepare salary range and pay recommendations
- Support offers, promotions, and compensation adjustments in partnership with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition
- Ensure alignment with compensation philosophy, pay ranges, job levels, and governance guidelines
- Identify and escalate pay equity, compliance, or policy risks
- Prepare and validate data for annual merit and incentive cycles, review submissions for guideline adherence
- Configure, test, and support compensation cycles and reporting in Workday
- Evaluate job descriptions and role changes; apply leveling and global job architecture standards
- As a Compensation Analyst, you will maintain accurate, compliant job descriptions and grading documentation
- Develop compensation reports and analyze pay positioning, compa-ratios, and market competitiveness
- Support pay transparency, audits, and documentation to ensure data integrity
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of compensation or Total Rewards experience
- Experience partnering with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition; Incentive plan exposure (STI/LTI) preferred
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel and experience with Workday and compensation surveys
- CCP certification or progress toward certification preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
