Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to support process improvements and technology initiatives that modernize finance operations. You’ll support project delivery by performing research, gathering data, and analyzing current-state processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. This position is available to work mostly remotely from New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, and Stamford.
Responsibilities
- Drive finance transformation initiatives from initial assessment through full implementation.
- Enhance and streamline processes across FP&A, financial close, consolidation, and AP/AR.
- Support the deployment of ERP, EPM, and automation solutions.
- Create business cases, implementation roadmaps, and change management strategies.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in finance operations or consulting.
- Working knowledge of core finance processes and systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Anaplan, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems, automation platforms (e.g., RPA), or data visualization software.
- Strong communication, project management and engagement ability.
