Job Title: Workday Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Workday HCM & Recruiting Functional Areas to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other business systems. Drive projects to enhance interoperability and data accuracy.
- Ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets Service Level Agreements.
- Lead Workday HCM & Recruiting projects by obtaining key partner agreements, develop requirements, build and test, prepare plans for change management, go live, and conduct post-mortem feedback improvements.
- Partner with other Workday technology leads and business owners to ensure a strong HRIS foundation to support seamless integration of specialized technologies.
- Leverage extensive experience with Workday to manage and optimize its use within the company. Ensure that Workday and related HR systems meet organizational needs and drive value.
- Collaborate with leadership to contribute to large cross-functional initiatives and implement system solutions that enable us to build outstanding experience and support growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system tickets that cannot be solved at the tier 1 level.
- Support mass data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIBs.
- Participate in project planning, management, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Workday projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition business processes, systems, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Qualifications:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in HR Technology, with at least five (5) years in Workday HCM configuration.
- A minimum of three (3) years in Workday Recruiting configuration.
- Expertise in configuring Workday Questionnaires and designing and configuring the Workday I-9 verification process.
- The team and stakeholders are about to begin an implementation project of Paradox AI (recently acquired by Workday), so the position will require experience with configuring the Job Application Business Process.
- Strong skillset in the Recruitment/Talent Acquisition end-to-end process.
- Having a business background in this E2E process is a huge bonus.
