This is primarily a phone-based customer service role with inbound sales responsibilities. You’ll spend most of your day speaking with families, answering questions, resolving concerns, and recommending photo packages that meet their needs.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Handling high-volume inbound phone calls (most of your shift)
- Responding to emails and live chats
- Assisting families with orders, reorders, and package questions
- Recommending upgrades and add-ons when appropriate
- Working toward sales and service performance metrics
- Supporting the team with light administrative tasks

This Role May Not Be a Fit If:
- You’re uncomfortable speaking on the phone most of the day
- You avoid recommending higher-value options
- You prefer slow or unstructured workdays
Compensation & Details:
- $18.00/hour base pay
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- May through mid-July
- Paid on-site training
- In-person position (Long Island)
