As a Workday Finance Analyst, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by working closely with teams across our Finance organization. You'll be the go-to resource on Workday Finance, helping us streamline processes, enhance automation, and ensure operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Work within Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.
- Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company.
- Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.
- Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.
- Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.
- Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates.
- Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.
- A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
- Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing (preferred).
- Workday Pro Certification is a plus!
