This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.

- Collaborate with Stock Admin and Legal to operationalize equity grants and manage data flows between Workday and Equity Edge.
- Develop communication materials to educate participants on new executive and equity compensation programs (e.g., deferred compensation, equity grants).
- Partner with Sales Operations and business leadership to design and refine sales incentive plans that align with business goals and drive performance.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of sales plan eligibility and pay mix calibration based on data insights and industry best practices.
- Develop complex compensation models and conduct statistical analysis to forecast burn rates, analyze pay mix, and project equity pool usage.
- Build reports, dashboards, and metrics that ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to the Compensation Committee and Finance leadership.
- Streamline compensation processes through operational improvements, reducing manual work and mitigating risk.
About you:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in global compensation, with a specific focus on equity or executive compensation.
- Advanced experience in Excel/Google Sheets (complex modeling is a must) and proficiency with Workday Advanced Compensation. Experience with E-Trade/Equity Edge or similar stock administration platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong quantitative skills with a track record of developing compensation models and conducting statistical analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of equity program design, executive benchmarking, and regulatory filing requirements (Proxy/10-K data).
- Ability to distill complex data into clear compensation insights and develop user-friendly communication materials for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain data integrity.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
What we’ll offer:
Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
