This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
This role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advanced Compensation Process Management: Deeply analyze and clean up current compensation processes that are operating "out of the system" to ensure system compliance and integrity.
- Promotion Cycle Support: Lead and execute configuration and support for the upcoming mid-year promotion cycle.
- Core HCM Administration: Oversee and manage core HCM functions including job changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, and performance reviews.
- Workday Configuration & Reporting: Handle the configuration of Workday modules and write complex Workday reports to support stakeholder needs.

- Deep expertise in Workday HCM: Strong background in Workday core HCM functions (job changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, benefits, performance reviews, and compensation).
- Workday Reporting & Configuration: Proven ability in configuring Workday and writing sophisticated Workday reports.
- Autonomy and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage your own time effectively, and collaborate successfully with internal stakeholders.
- Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to work on a PST or CST schedule.
Note: This is a functional/configuration role, as an internal engineer is available for technical support.
