Maintains and organizes human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

Design and maintain the HRIS in support of the Healthcare System's data management and reporting needs.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of organizational data within the HRIS.

Create standard and ad hoc queries or reports.

Provide data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.

Follow established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.

Prepares end-user documentation or training materials as needed.

Provide support to HRIS system users to include troubleshooting, solution creation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree Human Resources or Business Administration, or 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources or HRIS

1+ years Workday HCM experience
