VidTech is a fast-growing Commercial Real Estate (CRE) tech company that is revolutionizing commercial real estate marketing and inspecting. Our team is remote, with most of our leadership team headquartered in Westlake Village, CA.
VidTech is the leading provider of Commercial Real Estate video solutions, with two core product suites, Videoms & Vidspections. Both products use drone and satellite technology, to either inspect or market commercial property.
A Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from closed sales through project approval from the client. The Project Manager is the face of our company and is responsible for delivering the purchased products with the highest level of customer service. Although we are a technology company, we believe in a people-first approach with strong, old-fashioned customer service. The process includes onboarding the client, working out the details with our editing team to ensure the final product meets the client’s vision and company standards, and conducting client-facing virtual calls to gather project requirements.

- Able to manage all facets of video project management simultaneously - including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and the production timeline
Minimum Requirements Include (but are not limited to):
- 2+ years of experience in customer or client services
- English Native Language
- Experience managing multiple resources and people to meet timelines.
- Managing multiple projects at any scale simultaneously is preferred
- 2+ years of professional Project Management experience is preferred
- A quiet workspace that includes an updated computer, up-to-date software, and high-speed wifi
- Having an up-to-date smartphone or tablet with the ability to download applicable apps
- Advanced knowledge of today’s technology and common platforms. (Primary tech-stack preferred: Google Suite, HubSpot, Asana, and Vimeo)
- Attending & participating in weekly required meetings (having your camera on is required for our meetings)
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Project Management performance is primarily gaged by the execution of client deliverables. Our work day is generally the traditional 9 AM - 5 PM, but we work outside those hours when needed and enjoy that this comes with the benefit of working from wherever we want to, whenever we want. We make sure to get all of our work done in a very timely manner.
