Position Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Remote Virtual Agent to support customer service operations for a wellness-focused organization. This role is responsible for managing inbound customer interactions, processing service requests, and coordinating scheduled appointments. The position requires the ability to operate in a high-learning, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Handle inbound customer service calls in a professional manner
- Respond to general inquiries and resolve service-related requests
- Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and follow-up communications
- Document all customer interactions in internal systems
- Utilize multiple software platforms throughout the workday
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous sales, call center, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Ability to confidently discuss pricing and close sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
- Ability to learn, retain, and apply detailed information
- Reliable internet connection and designated home workspace
- Authorized to work in the United States
