This fully remote opportunity (Illinois residents only) is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in high-volume environments and knows their way around Workday. As a HR Shared Services Specialist, you'll be the first line of support for employees, ensuring smooth HR processes and seamless service delivery.
What's the job?

Provide first-tier HR support via Zendesk ticketing system

Manage HR transactions in Workday, including position creation

Support promotions and internal job changes
-
Process high-volume HR tickets daily with accuracy and speed

Assist in building and improving HR workflows

Escalate complex HR inquiries appropriately
What's needed?

Prior experience in HR shared services or HR operations

Strong Workday experience (required)

Experience using Zendesk or similar HR ticketing systems

Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must reside in Illinois and work CST hours
