Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with a client in the financial services industry to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst with strong Workday expertise. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, supporting system configuration, reporting, and optimization initiatives that drive HR operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
The Senior HRIS Analyst will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions. This position plays a key role in maintaining HR data governance, developing advanced reporting, and supporting major HR system initiatives including compensation and performance cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM modules and system functionality
- Build complex Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR analytics
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform root-cause analysis
- Support HR business processes including compensation and performance management cycles
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders
- Conduct HRIS audits and maintain data governance and data integrity standards
- Lead system enhancements, testing, and deployment of new Workday features
- Develop executive dashboards, compliance reporting, and talent analytics
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of progressive HRIS experience (5–8+ years preferred for a senior-level role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience with Workday HCM configuration
- Advanced Workday reporting and analytics experience
- Experience with Workday security configuration
- Experience supporting compensation and performance cycles within Workday
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and system optimization
