As a Final Expense & Life Insurance Agent at Catch Health, you will play an important role in helping clients protect their families and secure financial peace of mind. In this position, you will educate clients on Final Expense and Life Insurance options, guide them through applications and enrollment, and manage client relationships with professionalism and care. To excel in this role, you must hold an active Life & Health Insurance license and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and sales skills. Your ability to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and stay compliant with regulations will be essential to both your success and the overall success of the organization.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by educating them on Final Expense and Life Insurance products from top-rated carriers.
- Guide clients through applications, enrollments, and benefit delivery with accuracy and empathy.
- Respond to inbound calls and leads generated by the company, no cold calling required.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales, performance, and quality assurance goals.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance standards across all systems.
- Follow established workflows, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices and support collective success.
- Stay current on product offerings, market trends, and training updates to enhance performance.
Requirements

Technical Requirements:
- Newer Windows computer with minimum i5 processor and 16GB RAM (NO CHROMEBOOKS!)
- Stable, high-speed internet connection with at least 40 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
Education and Experience:
- Active Life & Health Insurance License (required).
- Minimum of six months of experience selling Final Expense and/or Life Insurance preferred.
- Proven track record in customer-facing or sales roles, ideally within insurance or financial services.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (preferred, not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain seated for extended periods while managing computer- and phone-based tasks.
- Requires regular visual focus on a computer screen throughout the workday.
- Occasional manual tasks such as typing, reaching for objects, or using standard office equipment
