Quick Manager Notes:The team is fixing gaps in compensation eligibility and UKG‐to‐Workday sync issues, which currently require weekly manual triage. Many rules are heavily customized, making this the top priority. A secondary focus is consolidating 8–10 nursing job profiles and comp plan
Key Responsibilities:
·Analyze and remediate Workday Compensation eligibility rule gaps and configuration inconsistencies that currently require manual weekly processing.
· Review and optimize complex compensation eligibility rules, which may contain 60–80 lines of logic per rule, ensuring accuracy and maintainability.
· Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues between Workday and UKG Dimensions, particularly where allowance or eligibility rules are misaligned.
· Work with the Workday Director, Compensation team, and assigned Project Manager to triage, prioritize, and resolve compensation configuration issues.
· Support testing and validation activities in partnership with the Compensation team to ensure solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
· Assist with job profile and compensation plan consolidation, particularly around clinical roles, where multiple redundant profiles currently exist.
· Provide documentation and best practice recommendations to improve the long-term sustainability of compensation configurations within Workday.
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of Workday experience, with a strong focus on Workday Compensation configuration and support.
· Demonstrated experience working with complex Workday eligibility rules and calculated logic.
· Experience troubleshooting configuration issues across Workday modules and integrated workforce systems (experience with UKG Dimensions is highly preferred).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate large, complex configuration environments.
· Experience partnering with Compensation teams and HR stakeholders for validation, testing, and requirements gathering.
