Lead LVT to join our dedicated team in a
collaborative and balanced work environment.As a key member of our medical team, you'll be fully utilized in your role as a technician. Your responsibilities will include:
- Surgical support - preparing patients, monitoring anesthesia, and assisting during procedures.
- Dentistry - performing dental cleanings, charting, radiographs, and assisting with oral care.
- Client education - communicating with pet owners about preventive care, home care, and treatment plans.
- Patient care - ensuring every pet receives exceptional, compassionate attention before, during, and after their visit.
- Training- Lead ongoing training for team members, ensuring adherence to medical protocols and best practices
- Mentorship- Provide confident, visible leadership to support efficient daily hospital flow and timely patient care
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday. No weekends!
Full-time benefits and compensation : - Compensation: $34-37 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $2000
- CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set: - 5+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Training and mentorship
- Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Advanced client education
- Dental prophy
- Inventory management
