📍 Location: Orlando, FL (100% On-Site)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM (+ occasional OT)
💰 Pay: $29/hr (W2)
📅 Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend or Convert)
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Process bi-weekly US payroll with accuracy and timeliness
🔹 Manage new hires, terminations, bonuses & adjustments
🔹 Ensure compliance with federal & state payroll regulations
🔹 Conduct payroll audits & reporting 📊
🔹 Handle off-cycle payments & reimbursements
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors 🤝
🔹 Respond to payroll-related inquiries with professionalism 💬
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of US payroll experience (multi-state preferred)
✔️ Experience with ADP, UKG, or Workday
✔️ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)
✔️ Knowledge of payroll taxes, compliance & audits
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
