Job Description Summary
Utilizing Workday, the role will support full-lifecycle talent acquisition processes to identify, recruit, evaluate and close talent across Wintrust functional areas.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking, continually building a talent pipeline to solve future business needs
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and overall fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and/or other assessments determined by the business.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates’ skills and experience
- Utilize consultative skills advising the business on how to select the best talent for their team
- Write and post job descriptions on company career pages and external job boards.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role
- Establish proficiency in requisition management and Workday recruiting processes
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and handle onboarding coordination.
- Promote the company’s brand and culture to attract top talent.
Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience
- Prior recruiting experience of 1-3 years is preferred
- Prior experience using an ATS (such as Workday)
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing atmosphere that can be intense and demanding at times while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication with a demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors,
