Job Summary
The Workday HCM Recruiting Module IT Lead will participate in all phases of the Workday implementation and will provide full product lifecycle support post-implementation. This role focuses on configuration, data design, and 3rd party system integration to optimize recruitment workflows. [1, 2]
Essential Job Functions
- System Configuration: Design, build, test, and implement enhancements within the Workday Recruiting module.
- Process Improvement: Streamline recruitment workflows and business processes, ensuring compliance with global hiring regulations.
- Data Management: Utilize Workday reports, dashboards, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) for data migration and analytics.
- Collaboration: Work with HR and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and train users on new functionality.
- Security Maintenance: Set up security roles and permissions for recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Minimum Requirements- Experience: 5+ years of Workday configuration experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Recruiting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM, API, and custom 3rd party integration techniques.
- Skills: Experience with Workday business process framework, report writing, and BIRT reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. [1, 2, 3]
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with greenfield implementation projects.
- Knowledge of AI-powered recruiting tools and candidate matching configurations.
