About the role
Join an HR team supporting global benefits strategy and administration across international regions. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs across multiple geographies while ensuring compliance with regional regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global benefits programs across EMEA and APAC regions and supporting Workday Benefits system functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global benefits strategies across EMEA, APAC, and Canada
- Benchmark benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
- Collaborate with regional HR teams to align benefits programs with local regulations
- Oversee administration of global leave and statutory benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with regional benefits and employment regulations
- Analyze benefits and leave utilization trends to identify improvement opportunities
- Support Workday Benefits configuration and integrations
- Partner with HRIS and IT teams to support system functionality and data integrity
- Manage RFP processes for benefits vendors and support vendor selection
- Oversee vendor transitions and implementation activities
- Support global wellness and employee well-being initiatives
- Lead annual benefits renewals and contract negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and brokers
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across global benefits programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
- 7+ years of global benefits experience
- Experience supporting EMEA and APAC benefits programs
- Experience supporting Canada benefits programs
- Strong knowledge of regional compliance requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Benefits
- Experience supporting vendor management and RFP processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certifications such as:
- GPHR
- SPHR
- CEBS
- Experience supporting global HR technology platforms
- Experience supporting benefits renewals and contract negotiations
- Experience supporting global employee wellness programs
- Experience supporting regulated or multinational environments
Compensation
- Estimated hourly range: $65–$70/hr (W-2)
- Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly
- Contract Duration: 6+ Months
