We’re hiring a senior compensation leader to own strategy, lead a team, and partner closely with executives to shape how performance is rewarded across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy across base, bonus, and incentives
- Run annual comp cycles (merit, promo, bonus)
- Advise leadership on pay decisions, market trends, and equity
- Own Workday Compensation (config, enhancements, reporting)
- Partner with Finance + HR on budgets, analytics, and workforce planning
Experience
- 8+ years in Compensation / Total Rewards
- Strong analytical + business acumen
- Experience with Workday Compensation
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Prior leadership experience
