Job Title: Workday Reporting consultant
This role is to assist in a Workday Financial Reporting assessment at a Healthcare client who is already live on Workday Financials and is looking for an assessment and recommendations (no technical development involved) to improve their reporting performance and overall capabilities against leading practice. The candidate's skillset would involve:
Experience in Workday Financial (FIN) reporting
Ability to evaluate Workday FDM and configuration and impact to Workday Reporting
Ability to identify and remediate performance bottlenecks in slow-running reports (e.g., optimizing data source selection, indexing, and calculated fields)
Experience troubleshooting complex Workday report types (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) as well as Discovery Boards and custom Dashboards
Experience presenting to client on meetings including status, assessment, and recommendations, etc.
Synthesize findings and provide recommendations
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
One of the certifications below is required

Pay Rate Range
60 - 128 USD hourly
