Mountain Laurel Surgery Center is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our physician-led single-specialty gastroenterology ambulatory surgery center in scenic Northeastern Pennsylvania.

Position Highlights
- Predictable daytime schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Typical workday concludes by 3 PM with cases completed early when the schedule allows. Efficient GI case mix with rapid turnover and minimal medical complexity.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for ambulatory GI procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists, anesthesia professionals, and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active RN and APRN licensure in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for licensure)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- $275,000 – $300,000 compensation range depending on schedule and experience
