Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership or Director-level role managing a talent acquisition team.
- 3+ years of experience overseeing recruiting across multiple business units, brands, or subsidiaries simultaneously.

- Proven track record of developing and executing employer branding strategies across diverse organizations.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with business growth objectives.
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence tools, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders on talent strategy and market trends.
- Demonstrated experience managing external search firms and staffing agencies, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in recruiting metrics, reporting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday Recruiting, or Greenhouse.
- Skilled negotiator with experience handling offer discussions, including executive-level compensation packages.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and FCRA.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions, particularly within regulated environments.
- Experience recruiting licensed financial professionals (Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66), with knowledge of FINRA and licensing processes.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- Certifications such as SPHR or SHRM-SCP.
- LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
