Compensation & Benefits
- $73,000–$90,000 salary based on experience
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance

- Full CEU coverage, including specialty certification costs and exam fees
- Malpractice insurance covered
- License reimbursement
- 15 days PTO, increasing to 20 days after year one
- Bilingual premium for Spanish-English or ASL
What You’ll Do
- Treat a broad outpatient orthopedic caseload: post-op, spine, shoulder, knee, hip, gait/balance, and vestibular
- Develop individualized plans of care using your clinical judgment
- Work directly with experienced clinicians who will actively invest in your development
- Maintain timely documentation

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible in Oklahoma)
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning
- Comfortable treating a broad orthopedic population
