The position follows a hybrid schedule.

This is not a maintenance role - it is a chance to architect, refine, and future-proof the way money moves through a complex, fast-moving business in the collision and auto restoration space. You will sit at the intersection of finance and technology, turning manual bottlenecks into automated pipelines and keeping every dollar accounted for with precision.
What You Will Own
- End-to-end stewardship of payables and receivables activity running through Workday, from first transaction to final settlement
- Deep configuration work across invoicing, vendor payments, customer billing, and collections functionality
- Identification and elimination of manual touchpoints through intelligent workflow automation
- Day-to-day oversight of cash positioning, including reconciliation of bank accounts and resolution of discrepancies
- Construction and upkeep of executive-facing dashboards and performance metrics for financial leadership
- Tight integration maintenance across the ledger, treasury, and banking layers of the Workday environment
- Periodic ledger reconciliations with clean-line accountability for both income statement and balance sheet accuracy
- Adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards, plus readiness support for internal and third-party audits
- Cross-functional collaboration with accounting, finance, IT, and operations stakeholders
- Ownership of release cycles, system enhancements, and capability rollouts
- Development and delivery of training programs that build confidence and competency across the user base
What You Bring
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline
- At least five years working hands-on inside Workday Financials, with a track record centered on payables and receivables
- Fluency in core accounting principles and how they translate into system configuration decisions
- Demonstrated history of successful Workday deployments and continuous improvement initiatives
- Active Workday certification covering Financials, AP, or AR modules
- Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning or comparable analytical platforms is welcomed
- The communication and influence skills to align diverse teams around process change
