HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Workday Compensation Consultant to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.
Role/Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end Workday Recruiting and Core HCM implementations across complex and multi-country environments
• Drive Workday Recruiting workstreams from discovery through go-live
• Gather business requirements by facilitating discovery and design workshops
• Lead functional discovery and design sessions and provide recommendations based on industry best practices
• Design and configure recruiting processes, including job requisitions, workflows, and offer management
• Manage and deliver Core HCM and Recruiting workstreams with successful implementation outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HCM, Talent, Compensation, Integrations, and Reporting
• Work closely with integration teams on payroll-related outputs
• Advise clients on talent acquisition (TA) best practices and Workday optimization strategies
• Conduct workshops, testing cycles, and end-user training sessions
• Manage touchpoints and dependencies across related Workday functional modules
• Ensure strong stakeholder communication and client relationship management throughout delivery
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Preferably an undergraduate / associate level degree / diploma from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field (optional)
• 10+ years of overall professional experience with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Core HCM
• Proven experience leading at least 2–3 full lifecycle Workday implementations (HCM Core and Recruiting)
• 5+ years of experience developing calculated fields, advanced reports, data audits, and configuring complex Workday solutions
• Strong understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition best practices
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and leading solution design sessions
• Strong consulting mindset with excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
• Workday Recruiting Partner Certification
• Experience working within a Workday Partner environment
• Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations
• Exposure to Workday integrations, payroll outputs, and reporting

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
