Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering organizational growth through strategic human resources management.
Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS or Taleo.
- Administer employee benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks across platforms such as Workday or ADP.
- Support employee orientation, training & development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conflict management, and fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to support career development and organizational objectives.
- Assist with HRIS data collection, data entry, and reporting to facilitate workforce management and strategic planning.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and HR sourcing strategies.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft.
- Proficiency in benefits administration tools like Paychex or UltiPro.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with employment law including FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and OSHA standards.
- Project management skills to coordinate training programs, organizational design initiatives, and succession planning efforts.

Pay: $59,906.95 - $72,146.01 per year
