Our Client, a Fashion Brand is looking for a Workday Payroll and Reporting Specialist to join their team temporarily!
Responsibilities:
- Configuration of Workday Payroll for US and Canada
- Supporting payroll processing, validation, testing, and troubleshooting activities
- Developing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
- Supporting payroll compliance, audits, and process improvements
- Collaborating with payroll, HR, finance, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Providing configuration support, documentation, and knowledge transfer as needed
Requirements and skills
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Payroll configuration
- Experience supporting both US and Canadian payroll processes
- Expertise in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and data analysis
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables in a fast-paced environment
