Job Title: Technical Sourcer

Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Technical Sourcers to support enterprise-level hiring initiatives across a variety of technical domains. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in fast-paced environments and have a strong track record of identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent.
This position will focus heavily on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, and full-cycle recruiting support for both high-volume and specialized technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for technical roles across IT, engineering, and business systems
- Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal systems
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and upcoming hiring needs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and deliver qualified talent
- Conduct initial outreach, screening, and qualification of candidates
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate tracking within the ATS
- Support multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality
- Provide real-time market feedback on talent availability and compensation trends
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting and/or sourcing
- Proven experience recruiting for roles such as:
- Software Engineers (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
- Cloud / DevOps Engineers
- Data & Analytics professionals
- Infrastructure, Network, or Security roles
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing expertise
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and candidate engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large enterprise or consulting environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn, Workday, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple skill verticals simultaneously
- Metrics-driven approach to recruiting performance
