Title: Workday Architect
Location: Remote/Santa Clara, CA

Job Description:
A Workday Business Systems Analyst and Developer that possess both the functional & technical understanding of Workday HCM and will serve as a primary source for configuration, development of integrations and functional enhancements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage Workday platform.
- Troubleshoot, develop, and maintain integration systems across the Workday integration's platform.
- Involved in building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
- Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.
- Conduct Unit testing Integration testing, Regression testing and User acceptance testing.
- Support client production processes and all associated business systems functions.
- Work with client's IT and business teams to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
- Collaborate and provide inputs to the development team during development phase to meet the business needs.
- Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
- Work closely with onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
- Follow the client's change management process. Analyze impact of changes to the corporate application landscape
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on the Workday platform with Business Systems Analyst and Development experience support role, implementation experience is preferred.
- Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of new and existing Workday features including user management, roles/profiles, permission, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, calculated fields, conditions rules, validations, business process and notifications.
- Workday Pro Certifications – Integrations and HCM are preferred.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, guide team members and mentor them as needed.
- Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, interpersonal, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability to work with non-technical end users.
- Strong familiarity with full lifecycle of hire to retire business processes.
- Prior experience with APAC payroll processing is preferred.
