Job Title: Oracle EPM Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite, Local Candidates Only)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Project Manager to lead enterprise Finance Transformation initiatives for a major client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing Oracle EPM and Workday projects, ERP transformation programs, and cross-functional finance technology initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience
- Strong Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) experience
- Hands-on Workday Financials/Workday implementation experience
- Finance Transformation and ERP Transformation experience
- Accounting or Finance domain background
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects and portfolios
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Strong governance, risk management, budgeting, and project planning experience
- Bachelor''''s Degree required
