Compensation Range: Competitive hourly W2 compensation based on experience $100-120/Hr.

Introduction
We are seeking a Workday Technical Consultant to support a subsequent Workday deployment through go-live and post-production stabilization.
This is a part-time contract opportunity requiring approximately 34 hours per week through November 3, 2026. The consultant must be able to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship and be available to interview immediately.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support assigned technical activities throughout the Workday deployment lifecycle.
- Partner with functional consultants, project leadership, and client stakeholders to complete project deliverables.
- Assist with technical design, development, testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and deployment support.
- Participate in project meetings and provide clear updates regarding progress, risks, dependencies, and outstanding items.
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to assigned work.
- Support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Previous experience supporting Workday technical implementation or deployment activities.
- Current Workday certification or eligibility to work through the Workday Certified Network.
- Ability to work approximately 34 hours per week through November 3, 2026.
- Must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Willingness to travel if required by the project.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
The following experience is preferred but not required:
- Experience supporting Workday Launch or Launch Flex deployments.
- Experience supporting subsequent Workday deployments.
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
- Ability to begin the onboarding process immediately.
