Senior Workday Integrations Analyst
Location: Houston, TX
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week)
An established enterprise organization is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integrations Analyst to join its HRIS team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Build integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
- Support inbound and outbound integrations across multiple enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while monitoring system performance.
- Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Workday and integrated systems.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and system enhancements.
- Support Workday releases, testing, upgrades, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HRIS, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience.
- Strong technical expertise with:
- Workday Studio
- Core Connectors
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- SOAP & REST APIs
- XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Experience supporting enterprise Workday environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Certification(s).
- Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-site organizations.
- Agile or project delivery experience.
