Recruiting Coordinator
Pay: $29.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Assignment Length: Immediate start through January 30, 2027
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
We are partnering with a well-established, global organization to identify a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a collaborative and fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating an exceptional candidate experience, thrives in a highly organized environment, and is passionate about supporting recruiting operations from interview scheduling through onboarding.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple business units
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely and professional communication
- Create offer letters and employment documentation
- Initiate and monitor background checks and new hire onboarding activities
- Track employee referrals and assist with referral payment processing
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Generate recruiting reports and maintain accurate recruiting data
- Ensure data integrity within Workday and other recruiting systems
- Manage Talent Acquisition documentation, process updates, and operational resources
- Process vendor onboarding and recruiting-related invoices
- Manage Talent Acquisition ticketing requests while meeting established service levels
- Review recruiting coordination activities performed by external partners to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, or administrative support
- Experience using Workday Recruiting is strongly preferred
- Previous experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with stakeholders across various levels of an organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Gmail)
- Experience with Canva, Sterling, and ServiceNow is a plus
