The
People Insights Analyst Senior performs advanced data analysis and modeling to support business decision-making and performance improvement initiatives. This role independently translates complex data into actionable insights, drives measurable business outcomes, and leads analytical efforts that improve operational efficiency and strategic planning.
Essential Functions
- Aggregate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to deliver actionable insights that support day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and business performance improvements
- Integrate data from multiple sources and functional areas, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency to enable reliable reporting and analysis
- Develop and apply AI, statistical models and analytical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and variances, informing data-driven decision-making
- Write, optimize, and maintain queries and reports to support analytical projects and stakeholder data needs
- Conduct root cause analysis of business problems and recommend data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and outcomes
- Define data requirements and perform data collection, processing, cleaning, modeling, and visualization to support analytical objectives
- Identify and implement enhancements to reports, analytical methods, modeling techniques, and processes to improve efficiency and enable automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define KPIs, and provide actionable insights that drive measurable value (e.g., revenue growth, cost savings, or operational improvements).
- Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of experience in HR data analytics, reporting, or related field
- E building reports in Workday
- Experience using Python, R, or SQL for data preparation or automation
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting complex analytical or data science initiatives
- Experience working with large, multi-source data environments.
- Workday Pro certification
- Experience developing Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Web Services / APIs, XSLT, EIB, Workday Extend Application Development, WSDL, Workday Configurable Security, and/or iLoad

- Advanced skills in Excel and relevant visualization software (Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of data warehousing technologies and design
- Ability to translate data into clear, easy-to-understand summaries for HR and business audiences
- Ability to analyze HR datasets (turnover, headcount, hiring metrics, etc.)
- Ability to use AI tools or automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Workday AI features)
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and predictive modeling

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $85,500.00 - $113,966.67
