Key Responsibilities

Lead Workday Core HCM and Compensation workstreams across implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
Act as the primary functional SME for Core HCM and Compensation modules.
Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into Workday solutions.
Advise business stakeholders on Workday best practices and process improvements.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and IT teams.
Drive configuration reviews, testing activities, UAT support, and production deployments.
Provide leadership during design discussions and solution reviews.
Prepare status reports and communicate project progress to executive stakeholders.
Support change management, training, and adoption activities.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of Workday experience with strong functional expertise.
5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM.
3+ years of experience in Workday Compensation.
Proven experience leading Workday projects or workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience conducting requirement workshops and solution design sessions.
Experience supporting UAT, defect triage, and deployment activities.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and Workday best practices.
