Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Compensation Partner to play a key role in shaping our global compensation strategy and guiding leaders in making informed, equitable pay decisions. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with global stakeholders to address compensation challenges, lead small to medium-scale projects, and drive initiatives such as benchmarking, market analysis, and incentive plan design. You will provide expert oversight of global compensation programs, partner with international HRBP's on survey participation and market competitiveness reviews and serve as a lead contributor to year-end planning for merit and incentive cycles. This role also conducts in-depth analyses on internal equity, salary compression, and external competitiveness while staying current on industry trends and best practices. With opportunities to manage additional compensation projects, this position offers a meaningful platform to influence global reward strategies and support our commitment to fair, competitive, and thoughtful compensation.
