Payroll Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for Payroll Analyst at a global asset management co. with a location in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110 to process semi-monthly payroll across multiple states.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience processing semi-monthly payroll and RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH WORKDAY IS REQUIRED.

This is a 4+ month temporary role.

Hourly Pay Rate: Between $40.00-$50.00 based on relative work experience.

On-site 3 days per week.
Starts August 17^th, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process semi-monthly payroll in Workday for 2000+ employees in multiple states
Calculate overpayments or retroactive payments
Work closely with Treasury Department to forecast cash requirements to fund payrolls
Reconciliation of U.S. W-2s and other year-end reporting information
Assist with questions related to payroll journal entries and account reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of processing semi-monthly payroll
Recent experience with Workday (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Accuracy and attention to high level of attention to detail is a must
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
