Primary Responsibilities
- Help to Develop comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plans for Workday Financial implementation projects.
- Analyze business and functional requirements and convert them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Validate Workday configuration against business requirements.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Production Validation.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple Finance workstreams.
- Participate in all project planning activities
- Execute manual and automated testing where appropriate.
- Create traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.
- Perform defect triage with business and technical teams.
- Validate integrations between Workday and downstream/upstream applications.
- Support release readiness activities.
- Produce QA metrics and status reporting for leadership.
- Coordinate with third-party implementation partners and system integrators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Workday Financials Certification
- Workday Pro Certification
- ISTQB Certification
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience with cloud ERP implementations
- Experience leading offshore QA teams
- 7+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
- 5+ years testing ERP or Financial systems.
- 3+ years hands-on Workday Financial implementation testing.
- Experience participating in at least two full lifecycle Workday Financial implementations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
