Duties
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using platforms such as Talent acquisition platforms, LinkedIn, social media management tools, and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to identify potential candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to track candidate progress and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Conduct market trends analysis to stay ahead of industry shifts and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Engage in external recruiting efforts including campus recruitment, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge for compliant hiring practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through candidate sourcing techniques and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting within human resources or talent acquisition roles.
- Familiarity with talent management tools such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, Salesforce, HRIS systems like PeopleSoft or Workday.
- Strong understanding of employment law in talent management and HR sourcing best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate offers effectively and manage client relationships professionally.
- Experience with clinical staff recruitment or specialized sectors is a plus but not required.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams of recruiters or collaborate effectively across departments.
- Knowledge of social media management for employer branding and lead generation activities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in contracts, employee evaluation processes, employee relations, and onboarding procedures.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
