As a Workday Compensation Consultant, you will be part of the Human Resources support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Lead analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)
- Partner with stakeholders to document and communicate business processes, requirements, and data flows
- Drive planning, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation
- Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams
- Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution
What's Needed?
- Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, and administration of Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to capture requirements and develop solutions
- Ability to create clear and effective documentation and artifacts
- Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira
