Workday Integrations Analyst - Up to $150,000 - Hybrid - Houston, TX
We’re looking for an experienced Workday Integrations professional to join a collaborative HR technology team and take ownership of a broad, enterprise-level integration landscape.
You’ll have the opportunity to build and enhance integrations, solve complex technical challenges, troubleshoot critical issues, and drive continuous improvements across the Workday environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Take ownership of integration solutions from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Enhance existing integrations to improve reliability, performance, security, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Workday areas, with opportunities to broaden your knowledge of functional areas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Workday integrations experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
