Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary resource for Workday Adaptive Planning administration and forecasting
- Own rolling forecast processes across revenue, labor, operating expenses, and corporate functions
- Support annual budgeting and planning activities, including model maintenance and version management
- Partner with leadership to analyze business performance and forecast trends
- Prepare reporting and financial insights for executive, operational, and board-level discussions
- Support corporate departments with budgeting, variance analysis, spend tracking, and project reporting
- Ensure consistency and accuracy between Adaptive Planning, reporting tools, and source systems
- Develop actionable business insights from complex financial and operational data
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automate processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A, financial planning, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including forecasting, modeling, budgeting, and reporting
- Experience owning planning and forecasting processes
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering skills
- Experience working within a private equity-backed, high-growth, or fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare industry experience
- Power BI experience, including dashboard development and reporting
- Workday ERP exposure
- Experience supporting finance technology implementations or process improvements
