Company Overview:
A leading organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to provide temporary coverage for the HR Information Systems Manager role. This position focuses on supporting day-to-day Workday operations and integrations to maintain continuity across HRIS support, reporting, security, and change management activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide interim functional and technical leadership for the HRIS (Workday) portfolio, focusing on Workday integrations and business continuity.
- Maintain the existing HRIS support framework, triage production issues with HR Operations, and ensure timely resolution of system, process, and user support needs.
- Support the IT Organization in the annual SOX audit and HR Operations in 2027 Open Enrollment.
- Support current Workday infrastructure across all integrations by partnering with HR Operations, internal stakeholders, and the company’s managed services provider.
- Provide hands-on subject matter expertise and liaison for Workday processes, controls, documentation, and end-user experience.
- Support and maintain integration-related requirements, schedules, technical documentation, and issue logs.
- Coordinate and support HRIS change requests, approvals, testing evidence, and deployment readiness in alignment with internal controls and change management expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, escalating appropriately while ensuring business impacts and interim workarounds are clearly communicated.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in HRIS management, specifically with Workday integrations.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and maintain business continuity in HRIS operations.
- Strong understanding of integration management, including requirements, schedules, and technical documentation.
Compensation: Pay Rate: $70 – $87/hr
