Job Title: Senior Workday Functional Architect

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
- Workday Payroll processing knowledge including calculation, complete, and settle steps
- Experience with building payroll components (Earnings, Deductions, Account Posting Rules, Run Categories, Payment Election Rules)
- Experience with third party payroll configuration (External Earnings, External Deductions, External Inputs)
- Experience with reporting data sources for Payroll (Payroll Results) and Accounting (Journal Lines).
- Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
- Advanced hand-on experience with time-off plan configuration including complex accruals, carryovers, shadow plans and touchpoints with leaves and time tracking.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configurations: Configure Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence and Time tracking, Payroll) to align with client workflows.
- Data management: Assist with data migration and ensure data accuracy
- Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to business processes using the Workday platform
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Drive, Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters etc.
- Advanced hand-on process with Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes. Should have worked on Notification and Alerts configuration.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports).
