Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead the people side of enterprise-wide Workday HCM transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving user adoption, stakeholder engagement, employee readiness, and organizational change to ensure successful implementation of new HR processes, technologies, and ways of working. The consultant will partner closely with executive leadership, HR teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to deliver sustainable transformation outcomes.

Location: Columbus, OH
Pay Range: $75-$80/hr on W2
What’s the Job?
- Develop and execute change management strategies for Workday HCM and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness evaluations, and adoption planning.
- Partner with executives, HR leaders, and project teams to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
- Create and deliver communications, training, coaching, and readiness programs to support adoption.
- Monitor adoption metrics, manage resistance, and support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement.
What’s Needed?
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with Workday, HRIS, ERP, or large-scale technology implementations.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci, ACMP, or Kotter.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive coaching skills.
- Experience measuring readiness, adoption, utilization, and business outcomes through data and metrics.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Direct experience supporting Workday HCM implementations.
- Knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Learning, Absence, or Payroll.
- Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Experience working within complex, matrixed, enterprise environments.
- Strong background in organizational readiness, manager enablement, and large-scale adoption programs.
